Christmas was fun!

I got a new tablet which means that the regular blog posts that have been uploaded over the last few months can continue.

maybe even more often than before.

the picture above is a picture of the cake that my nan made and iced and that I decorated.

me and my brother always decorate the cake and the chocolate log just before desert.

my hair for the day was a bun that was held up by a superhero hair bow.

not very festive I know but it is the only big bow that I own.

it was a Christmas present to my self.

my dad wasn't impressed by his present from me.

I made him a hat for Christmas.

the way that he is warring it makes it look like he has a pair of pants on his head.

what was the embarrassing present that one of your family got this Christmas?

procrastinating

procrastinating is what I am doing right now.

I should be filming a video but when I went to do so my camera was flat.

I was meant to put it on charge last night but I got back late and forgot.

as I cant film a video for Wednesday I am watching Christmas films.

although the snowman is in the picture I am actually watching A Royal Christmas.

I should be hovering the floor as I cant film a video.

but the floor is wet as I just moped it.

so that does have to wait a little while.

Dumble is asleep in his cage after drinking my tea.

he is very cheeky.

we are decorating the Christmas tree tonight and I cant wait!

Christmas is officially here!

my mum has made us watch the Pooler Express.

she waits all year to watch it and we make here wait till December and then we only let her watch it once.

so that means that it is officially Christmas.

we also put the tree up today.

which can only mean that its officially Christmas.

Sunday is the Christmas dog show.

there is only one week left of collage before Christmas.

and I have all my Christmas presents.

well I have ordered all of them not necessarily got all of them.

all I have to do is wrap the ones I have and wait for the ones I don't have and then wrap them.

I also think I need to stop writing about Christmas and wait for it to come.

but I cant stop as I am so exited for Christmas.

lazy day

today is a lazy day in front of the telly.

I am watching Gossip Girl.

yes I am still addicted to Gossip Girl.

Dumbbell is curled up in his bed.

and I am curled up on the chair with a blanket.

the picture on the top is of my bed but trust me it does not look like that.

everything is on the floor next to my bed which means I don't have a floor.

I spent half of the day in my bed that is probably why my room looks like such a tip at the moment.

i may have even Stoll some of my brothers chocolate cereal to make the day even better.

Christmas Grumps

Christmas grumps are the worst!

it is finally December which means we are publicly aloud to count down to Christmas.

But some people have other plans.

why can't they let the people count down to Christmas if they want to.

I love Christmas.

today I had fun discussing with my friends, that don't like the count down to Christmas, about the pros and cons of the count down to Christmas.

we came to a mutual agreement to disagree and that I could publicly celebrate the countdown to Christmas in peace.

and they could go back to grumbling about it in peace just not to me.

what are your tales about Christmas count down?

wird things vets do

Ok I am currently watching super vet and I cant help myself laughing.

yes I know I shouldn't be as it is very sad what is going on.

currently one of the vet nurses cat has eaten anti freeze and they don't have what they need to make the cat better.

guess what they used instead?

vodka!!!!!!

what they have done is made the cat drunk so that its enzymes work over time to get rid of the anti freeze.

and believe it or not the cat survived but was very, very drunk.

I wonder what they will say at collage tomorrow when I tell them what I sore them do on supper vet.

1st of December

today is the 1st of December which means 24 sleeps until Christmas.

I have spent the day listening to Christmas music and when my dad mooned I told him that I had waited until December so he could not moan.

I love Christmas it is my favourite time of year.

everyone thinks I am mad because I get so exited about Christmas.

But I just don't care, they can say what they want, I have been waiting all year to be able to be exited for Christmas and to right blog posts like this one.

I don't have any Christmas decorations up yet only the advent calendars.

we are waiting to put the Christmas tree up as we get a real one and we don't want it to die before Christmas.

we don't trust ourselves to keep it alive that long.

we also don't know where we are going to put it up as we have a new family member who takes up most of the room.

his name is Dumbel, he is 1 and a half years old, and he is a brindle grey hound.

in this picture he is on his bed cuddling his squirrel.

yes I put squirrel it is not a typo.

he chews so we brought him a rope toy in the shape of a squirrel to chew on instead of the furniture.

it works!

the only problem is that he takes up nearly all the living room and we don't want him braking anything or hurting himself on the tree.

band from gosip girl

I think I should be band from watching gossip girl.

every time I watch gossip girl I want to blog.

I suppose that is not a bad thing as it means that more content is out there for you.

how dose gossip girl seem like it is full of normal problems even though they are clearly not.

well I suppose other than the fact that they are extremely rich they have very normal relationship problems like the fact that they can't tell the truth or that they keep cheating on each other.

I also find that there family problems are normal ones.

other than the fact that they have more money than an average person.

they have family arguments about who they date. about going out to a party that they are not meant to be at.

friendship problems are pretty normal as well.

girls at the bottom of the social hierarchy want to be at the top and people at the top hate being at the top but want to maintain it.  

why cant relation ships be easy.

why do they take so much work.

another reason why I love gossip girl is that they show the true hardships of life, relationships, friends and family, and show that money cant by happiness and that you have to work for it.

my last point about gossip girl before I leave you to tell me your favirut parts of gossip girl.

my last point is that I love the fact that you can laugh along with the characters and it feels like they are actually felling the things they are trying to portray.

CHRISTMAS IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER

 Christmas is amazing and is just around the corner. it is my favirut time of the year. everyone is in a good mood. you have the perfect excuse to go shopping and spend lots of money. I have already started my Christmas shopping. putting up the Christmas decorations and baking cakes and decorating them. it makes me feel so happy and i have so much fun doing it. the pictures i have chosen to put with this is from last years Christmas baking session light switch on and rapping. I am currently making things ready for Christmas. I am going to leave this blog post short and let you tell me your favirut things about Christmas. and let you have fun looking at my terrible pictures. ;p

wilow weaving

hi guys over the summer I was dragged to a 2 day willow weaving coarse (which I really enjoyed) though I don't think my friends did.
I decided to do a goose my friend decided to do a pig and Ben did a pheasant.

this is what we used to make them just willow and a pair of cutters. we did not need anything to hold it together it just holds itself together. it doesn't seem like it will when you are making it but it dose my goose is in my garden and it was in the town around me for a month before i got to bring it home.
 there is a joke that goes along side this picture i will let you see if you can work out what it is. but this is Kathrin making a circle out of the willow for the body of her pig. we all had a giggle about this as she did not relies what she had done. all the picas we did on the first day began with circles but varied with how many we used. and the picture on the right is ben trying to hide from the camera and failing as he always dose. it is so hard to get a decent picture of Ben but when you do it is so grate.

this is the first stage complete for my goose i had to do a large circle a medium and a small. I then had to tie all of them together with just the willow and not tying it in not's.











this is ben being stupid with the skeleton of his pheasant. like the idiot he is.

someone made a dragon fly on the first day and I thought it was amazing so i had to take a snap of it.  and this is my goose that I made. I finished it at the very last minuet of the day and I was so happy with it. and was really exited to do the next day.

The second day kicked of with me sitting on the flora to make my pig. however Ben found my glasses and decided to put them under his and take some pictures on my camera. so I am going to embarrass him and put them on here. that will teach him to steel my camera.

in the end I put my glasses on so that ben could not play with them. I was also listening to my music because people kept annoying me.











in the middle of the second day two harps turned up on the back of the stage. which where amazing. they where also made out of willow. they are still up in town on one of the shop.

Ben found my other camera and was taking videos of what was going on. and here is some more close up pictures of the harps. which are still amazing i wish i had done something as good. 



Ben made a second pheasant and said that one was a girl and that one was a boy. and they actually fitted together perfectly the shapes seem to mould together when you put them next to each other. as you can see my pig is not a pig and is a hedgehog which also sits in my garden. I decided that it looked more like a hedgehog than a pig when it got near to me finishing so I just made spikes and put them all over the back.

grave yard walk

 in the summer me and my friends went on a photo shoot to the grave yard that is just around the corner from where we live. we took are cameras and tripods and a luggage man in the form of Ben. the first picture is of the path way up to the grave yard. most of the graves in the grave yard are broken and falling apart which makes for some really good interesting pictures. the plants in there are all over grown and grow over the graves which makes for a really good interesting pictures.

 This picture was photo bombed by ben running away so that we would stop giving him stuff to carry. but i think the picture is still really good. we had only just got in to the graveyard when I sore this grate picture opportunity.

 the next three pictures are of over grown graves that are still standing. i like the way the Ivey has grown over them and the fact that you can still see the writing.
I like the shadowing over them grave stones.

 I like this pictures of the trees and the way the light hits them on one side and the shadow on the other. i don't think they need much explaining so i am going to leave this picture how it is.

 Benny bop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i don't think he knows i have this picture of him so he could get a shock when he sees this. but I really like it.

this picture is of a tree lined path that is in the middle of the grave yard. i like the speckled pattern on the ground that the sun has made as it comes through the branches of the trees.

 we found this log that Kathrin is standing on it gave us some grate photos from us standing on it or from us taking pictures of it. there is more logs laying around it and there is more pictures of them below.

after taking pictures of logs I decided to take some artsy pictures of grass and plants. it was really fun taking shots from different angles and seeing how they trend out. i also like the way the light hits the grass in the different angles.

this one is taken from slightly further away which sows more clearly the way the sun hits them.

I love this picture of the over grown grave stone poking out from behind a tree. i think it looks really interesting and quickie.

the last few pictures are all very similar and they are some artsy pictures of a grave which i think have turned out really well.

schools back

Hi everyone! sorry I have not been keeping up to date with my blog posts.
 I have had a grate summer and am sad to say that it is time to go back to school and collage. I have just started a new collage cores in animal care. I have been meeting lots of new people and making lots of new friends. when I started my cores on Monday I did not know anyone on the same cores.
 I quickly learnt that the second years will tell you exactly what animals are the easiest to do health checks on (weather you ask or not).
 I also met a lot of tutors all in one go to learn there names, and what they do (i will never remember all of it, so I hope I only need some of it). I defiantly Know my two main tutors.
 The campus I'm on is very small so is easy to find your way around. It has a small animal unit on it, an exotics unit and a farm.
  I really miss summer already. but keep an eye out for more blog posts of what i gout up to over the summer they are coming soon.

baking

sorry that you have not had any blog posts from me in the past 2 months but I have been very busy with exams and then I took a couple of weeks to relax and catch up with friends. But I am back know with some exiting blog posts.
 While I have been away I did some backing and I thought I would show you what I have been doing. 
 Firstly I made flapjack and cheese straws.

in all honesty the flap jack was burnt. I could not get it to cook and even when i took it out of the oven for the final time it was still not cooked but it was very burnt. don't ask how you can burn something and it still not be cooked.
 The cheese straws however tasted deleterious and cooked how they where supposed to cook.

 Know here is one for you. A couple of days latter i was at a friends house and we made Tomato soup cake. it sounds horrible but tastes delicious. and yes it is made with tomato soup. I made a YouTube video of us doing it which was meant to go up on Wednesday but due to technical difficulties it did not. I am hoping to get it up for you this Wednesday.
 I have louds of blog posts planed for you and it is my prom this Friday so expect a good blog post this Sunday.
