how to deal with stress?

this blog post is not going to be one that is full of pictures for you to look at it is one that I am going to chat to you on. this week I thought I would talk to you about stress, I am doing a YouTube video on this which will go up on Wednesday. https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAuFntHwxp2aAFjB1R8fhgQ here is the link to my channel so that you can look at my video. I know a lot of people have exams coming up and that they can be very stressful so I thought I would tell you about some of the things that help me.
 I always make sour I have something calming  I can do in the evening. some times that is watching YouTube or telly. sometimes I talk to my friends. sometimes even doing house work is calming.
 I like to do things to distract me. wright fan fiction. https://www.fanfiction.net/u/5926737/Alice-and-Friends here is the link to my page. of course I wright my blog and make YouTube videos. I also like to read because I can pretend I'm not me and that I'm someone else.
 do something that makes you happy. I will leave that up to you. what dose make you happy?
 taking to people can help I quite often make phone calls so that I can talk to people.
 getting fresh air helps. I go for a run so that I can get fresh air but you font have to do that you can just sit out side or go for a walk.
 being alone can help I like to site on my own I sit on my own a loot it gives you a chance to just think and be yourself. you don't have to worry about what other people think when you are on your own, no on will know.
