happy new year!

I know it is a bit late to be wishing everyone a happy new year but this is my first blogpost of the year.

In the picture above I am wearing my new sports cloths.

this was on Monday my first cage session back of the new year.

I also got a new pair of gloves so that my hands wont hurt after I have had a session.

I have decided that on top of that I'm going to go for a run on a Friday.
